3… 2…1… SPRING! Festival

Official Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer

The competition is organized by Admitad International FZ - LLC, a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates (the “Organizer”).

2. Competition Period

Baseline period: February 16 – March 1
Performance period: March 2 – March 15
Results announcement: May 11

3. Eligibility and Participation

The competition is open to performance publishers registered in the Admitad network, excluding cashback and coupon platforms.
Participation is valid only for publishers who have explicitly confirmed their participation via the official festival landing page. Publishers who do not register/confirm on the landing page are not eligible for ranking or prizes.
Publishers are divided into two cohorts based on activity on participating WhiteLine offers during the baseline period:
Spring Pro — more than 100 actions during the baseline period.
Rising Talent — fewer than 100 actions during the baseline period.

The threshold 100 used to classify publishers into cohorts is determined by the Organizer based on activity during the baseline period and will not be changed after the performance period has commenced.
Only activity on offers featured on the official festival landing page is counted.
Participation in the competition is available only to publishers who are in good standing within the Admitad network and who comply with the applicable Admitad Publisher Terms and Conditions.
By participating in the competition, each publisher confirms that they have accepted and agree to be bound by the Admitad Publisher Terms and Conditions applicable to them, including the UAE Publisher Terms available at:
https://www.admitad.com/terms-for-publishers-uae/
In case of any conflict between these competition Terms and Conditions and the applicable Admitad Publisher Terms, the Admitad Publisher Terms shall prevail with respect to network rules, traffic quality requirements, and compliance obligations.

4. Winner Selection

Cohort 1 — Spring Pro
Winners are determined based on the highest percentage growth in approved orders during the performance period compared to baseline.
Growth % = (Festival approved orders − Baseline approved orders) / Baseline approved orders × 100
Only approved and validated actions are included.
Ranking is based strictly on relative growth.

Cohort 2 — Rising Talent
Winners are determined based on the highest total number of approved orders generated during the performance period.
Baseline is used only for cohort classification.
Ranking for this cohort is based on absolute approved volume during March 2–15.

Final rankings in both cohorts are subject to manual validation by the Organizer based on objective performance data, fraud prevention checks, traffic quality review, and compliance with Admitad network rules.
Any adjustments will be made acting reasonably, in good faith, and in line with the principles of fair competition.
